How long does my order take to ship?

Each Moodies package is carefully curated to make sure your surprise is extra special. Orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays, and sometimes it takes a few days to gather and prepare everything just right. That means if you place an order on a Monday, your package might not ship until the following Monday—but rest assured, it’ll be worth the wait!

Do we offer international shipping? 

Right now, Moodies packages are only available within the U.S. We want to make sure every order arrives perfectly and on time, and international shipping adds extra layers of complexity. We’re dreaming big, though—international Moodies deliveries may be coming in the future, so stay tuned for surprises from afar!

What is our return policy? 

At Moodies, we do not offer returns on packages because each one is designed to be a unique surprise experience. The joy is in the mystery—every piece is carefully curated so opening your package feels like discovering something made just for you. Once it’s unwrapped, the magic of the surprise can’t be replicated.
